Warm up/ Cool down on 30DS

I read somewhere that with the warm up and cool down included, the amount of time your workout is for 30ds is 30 mins. I've only been logging 20 mins under Circuit Training. Does anyone included the extra 10 mins???

    I start my HRM when I start my exercise and I stop it when I stop my exercise. If you're not using a HRM it's just a wild guess anyway so there's no way of any of us knowing the right way of logging it. If you're losing weight as you expect then just keep up the same thing.

    And...just for an FYI...with my HR monitor I burn between 155-175 calories with level 1 of 30 day shred.

    Thanks. I've been logging it under 20 mins. I guess it's better to underestimate than overestimate.
