1 bad eating day led to another... Geto record

Hi folks,
Soooooo I was doing really well until this weekend... I got emotional and turned to dome ice cream.... (sad face). Since then, I feel like my appetite has increased for junk food. The next day after my ice cream episode, I told myself I would eat only vegetables to try to make up for the night before but I failed miserably and had some cold stone (which I haven't had in over 3 months).
I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that I had gained 5 pounds in one weekend.
I'm soooo frustrated and slightly ashamed... And I don't want to record the gain... (guess I'm in denial here).

Any advice or pointers on how to get my appetite back under control? The craving for sweets is ruining all of my hard work.

    It's the emotional eating that gets me too, but time to turn it around again. One bad weekend won't spoil everything, we just have to get back on track!
