Hello everyone,
For years at a time, I have tried all types of weight loss programs. I actually like this one! This is my fifth week so far. I kind of fell off last week with the exercises. But I did loose 8.8lbs the first three weeks. The fourth week sucked. I have a strong desire to loose more but I must stay dedicated and truthful to myself. Tomorrow is going to be a brand new day for me as I start walking and jogging again. I have 25-30 lbs that still needs to be gone. Everyone falls off and some point you're doing the right thing and getting right back on the horse. I find the longer you leave getting back into the swingof things the harder it is to actually start ago so well done for drawing a line under your bad week.
Here's to another 8.8 pounds in the next few weeks :drinker:0
