Well i have just started here and i´m a bit lost already. Im not the healthiest of eaters, id say vegetables have been my enemy for a long period of my life but im eager to learn how to eat right. Pretty much im looking to learn HOW to eat balanced without having to do silly diets and a pretty standard workout plan. I used to be pretty active but not anymore and im trying to get back on track slowly but surely. Anyone who can help with workout or meal recepies or simply need a person to talk to feel free to add and i will try to help and learn from each of you. Thanks
