Night Snacking

I've done pretty well with weight loss (I'm only 3 lbs away from my goal of 72 lbs lost!), but my biggest downfall is snacking, particularly at night. I usually do well throughout the day, eating typically low-calorie meals and working out. But at night, I tend to snack a lot, so much that I often go over my calorie limit. Does anyone else have a problem with night snacking? I've sometimes even budgeted my calories throughout the day so that I can have calories left to snack a lot at night. Does anyone think that this sort of budgeting is actually hurting me, and that if I didn't leave myself room to snack, then I wouldn't? I'd love to hear your thoughts or input on this!
