I lost how to make them could someone help me please. And if you know calories for about how much i.e. 1/2 cup that would be great. Thank you

This is the one from South Beach:
Ingredients
* 4 cups cauliflower florets
* 1 ounce butter flavored cooking spray
* 1 fluid ounce fat-free half-and-half
* Pinch salt
* Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Steam or microwave the cauliflower until soft. Puree in a food processor, adding the butter spray and the half-and-half to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Serves 4

I use garlic powder in mine, and some fat free sour cream instead of the half n half, they come out thick and creamy!0
