Mine hate me too! Especially when they eat at their favorite place, Chili's, and I mention that the meal they are about to consume is almost 2000 calories! :ohwell:0 -

you weigh yourself 4 times a day - one first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom in the morning, after your workout in the evening, and before you go to bed at night
Amazingly, one can obtain 4 readings off the scale ... :noway:0 -
aaaaaahhhh!!! I do all of this too...plus if i forget to weigh myself before i drink or eat something in the morning and then weigh myself, that weight can't "count" as my "check-in" weight! :noway:0
