    Shouldn't be a problem?
I think I've got mine set pretty high - 45% or so.
Since changing to that (when I started using MFP) I have noticed a decent bit more tone and it seems outright size - I'm often working at a pretty physical job, so am 'making use' of it.

Out of all the macronutrients, Protein is the one you can get away most with overkilling, don't worry about it

Oops, I should clarify I mean outright size in defined muscle.

If you're at a energy deficit, you'll lose fat.
