Does anyone know if its bad to go over your daily protein intake? I seem to do just fine with the Cal, Carbs and Fat... I am having a hard time staying undur my protein limit?

    Yes its ok to go over on protein. If it bothers you, you can adjust where you get your calories from. MFP is set at 55% carbs, 15% protein and 30% fat. I adjusted mine to 50% C 25% P and 25% fat. Just that little bit makes a difference. I never go over now and Id rather eat more calories from protein than from fat anyway. If you want to adjust yours, go to Home, goals, change goals, then custom. You can adjust anything you want. Although I wouldnt stray TOO far from what is recommened or you might get off track.
