Exercise to get rid of muffin tops!

Been on here since march of ths year! I have lost 14lb and i have been doing kettlebells, aerobis and this little machine called a lateral thigh trainer. Normally work out about 3-4 times a week. Most of the time its 4 times a week. I dont seem to be toning up around my hips (or muffin tops as i call them :laugh: ) I never had a problem with them until i had my daughter 14 months ago. Im getting down about it as everything else is getting smaller, but my hips still look big. Can anyone give me any tips on what exercise can help me tone them xx
