I made these for breakfast and my son loves them!

1/2 cup turkey breakfast sausage, browned and drained, and chopped up small
1 egg and 3 whites, scrambled, and chopped up small
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package Pillsbury crusty french loaf dough

Flour your work surface and roll out the dough as flat as you can. Top with the sausage, egg, and cheese. Roll the dough up (like you would roll cinnamon rolls) and cut into 1/2 inch sections. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. (mine made 18)

ONLY 65 calories each!!

You can also change it up and use bacon bits, or leave the egg off, or use cheddar cheese (nutrition counts will change obviously!) Next time I'll add some chopped jalapenos too!

A friend of mine couldn't find the crusty french loaf so she used pizza crust dough and she loved it too!
