Looking for some support!

I'm looking for some friends who are willing to help support me to reach my goal and people who also need some support.

My goal is to lose fat & gain muscle. I'm 20 years old, 5 feet 2 inches, 102lbs (46kg) so anyone who is in a similar position please add me as a friend so we can support each other! :)

    I am older and heavier but I am also 5' 2" and could really used more support. The weekends are the hardest and I'm slowly getting the grip...my excersice routine is so spuratic.... I need to get on track.... I would love to help you as you help me...
