Has anyone gone from JM's Body Revolution to 30 Day Shred?

If so, which level of 30 Day Shred did you start off at?
Would level 2 be a good challenge immediately after doing 90 days of Body Revolution?

I'm finishing Body Revolution this week and I'm planning on doing this next.

(Then I'll probably mix up a few of her DVDs for awhile before jumping back into Body Revolution in a couple months. The next time starting at Phase 2 and really focusing on my form/ability)

    Well this is the 3rd time I've started a post in these boards. And I've yet to get a response to any of them.

    If it helps, I started doing 30 day shred awhile ago but had to stop halfway through level 2 as it was just too brutal on my knees. I then started Body Revolution at Phase 1, workouts 3 & 4 and found them about equal. As is the norm with Jillian Michaels though, she always tells you ways of making each exercise harder if you're finding it too easy.
