Looking for Support

My names Debra Ive been on here before. I did good for a while but when life got tough I stopped doing it. So I'm back now not only for me but my kids. In the last month or so I haven't wanted to get out of the house to ashamed with what I had done to myself. I'm ready to change my life for the better. Just looking for friends that will help support me even on bad days . My family does not support me because they believe I will fail anyways. I want to prove them wrong & most of I want to prove I can and will do it. God Bless

Debra I know what its like to not have the support of family and friends. I had Lap-Band surgery and thought that I would have that support but after a few months I guess everyone forgot that I couldn't eat as much so I gave up trying too and I now I have gained 20 lbs back so now its up to me. You can do this and I will keep you in my prays.
