foot goes numb when running

Recently my right foot has been going numb when I run. Usually about 2 miles into a run and only my right foot. The numbing feel like my foot feel asleep and it all tingly and swollen. It will go away after I walk for a bit but come back when I start to run. Has this happened to anyone else. I am thinking its either that I need a new pair of shoes (I have had mine for about 9 months) or my running gait isn't the same for some reason. Thanks

It could be the shoes - I had a pair of Ryka's once that no matter what I did made my toes numb, but it could be the way that you have your shoes laced. You can google online different ways to lace your shoes to avoid that problem.0

Lacing or shoe size issue. Your feet will swell when you run.0

Sounds like shoes are too tight.
