Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did an hour of yardwork

What would I have done differently? Not have the caesar salad and rolls at Bertucci's :grumble:

What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and go to the gym

    No, but only 150 over, which is better than usual.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Nope. Was going to gym, but then didn't. :mad:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Stopped myself from overindulging during stress.

    What would I have done differently?
    Gotten up and gone to the gym.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Eat only what I've already planned for the day to help stay within calories, and get to the gym NOW!

    No. I went over on my fat and my sodium.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    At healthy during the day and walked on my treadclimber.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have stayed away from Jack N The Box for dinner.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Make healhy choices and stay within my calories.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? under calories - but ate most exercise calories and was waaay over on fat

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? worked out for 90 minutes at the Y

    What would I have done differently? alot less butter

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories and walk for 20 minutes
