Help! Feeling sick after working out!

I have never been one for working out, but in the last 2 weeks I have been trying to 5 days a week. MY problem is that everytime I work out, i feel sick afterwards. I wouldn't say my workouts are anything crazy by far. I just did 30 day shred for the 2nd day and I had to come lay down afterwords. I dont know what it is? Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do for this? or will it just get better with time as i build up my stamina? It makes me not want to work out, but I know I have to push through

    Eat something, high protien preferably, about an hour before you work out. If I excersise on an empty stomach ( in the evenings, mind you) I get this sick feeling. Also drink plenty of water
