What would I enter this exercise as??

I started a Denise Austin video called 3 week Boot Camp. It is 20 min. cardio/strenght training, 20 min. athletic training (a kettlebell inspired workout). It is similar to Slim in 6. I use 3lb dumbells. I have been entering 40 min. of circuit training. Just wondering if I should be entering something else? I didn't see interval training. Advice?
