I've been on MFP for about 9 months. I have had some success, but the weight I record is skewed...my doctor's scale has me about 25 lb heavier than my home scale. My lowest weight was back in APR/MAY...but my long term progress report looks basically flat.

What has worked for you? I'm looking for recipes, encouragement, ideas for stuff I haven't tried...anything.
For me, the current situation is I weigh about 365 (been over 300 since 1995), I'm 53 years old (goal is to be 275 by Dec 2013), I am a competitive powerlifter, and I currently lift and do up to 30 min cardio twice a week.
