How to log 30 Day Shred

So I am slowly learning how to use MFP and was wondering how to log the 30 Day Shred. I am sure someone else has already asked it but I am asking again. I just started and did not know how to log it. I also do not have a heart rate monitor. So I am at a loss. Thanks for any help.
