Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Calf raises.

Lets do 150 of them.
Do as many at one time as you can and hold each one fer a couple seconds for maximum burn :)

That link shows how to do them. You can do them flat footed if you like.

My challenges are open to anyone.
Get them done before YOU go to bed at night.
If you can't do my challenge then do something similar to what the challenge is.

    Done:-) my calves hurt so bad, the last 15 were hard to get in :-)
