Vegan Starters?

Does anyone have any Vegan Appetizers they can share with me? My cousin (who is a Vegan) is coming to my Bridal Shower this weekend and I don't want her to feel left out. I have already found a Peanut Butter Cookie recipe, but I was hoping to find some snack-type stuff too. Thanks:smile:

    All are great sites. I'm a vegetarian and was a commited vegan for about 2 years before having my daughter. Also, sites like allrecipes.com have quite a few vegan ideas.

    Go to www.foodgawker.com, scroll down to the bottom and on the right there are links to categories, vegetarian being one of them.

    Also, make sure that there are no egg products, dairy of any form, meat by products ect. It's a difficult lifestyle for some...especially on those that do not understand the requirements involved. I'm sure she'll be greatful that you're trying to accommodate her needs. Many people over look my 'diet' at cookouts or going to a restaurant (I don't eat bbq and there's not anything there I can eat).
    Also, if you need definitions of any ingrediants check out peta.com (no I'm not a huge fan of peta but they have some very informative articles).
