Personal Fitness Quest

We have a fitness center at work, one of the programs offered is called the Personal Fitness Quest. The Quest is 8 weeks long. Week 1 is an initial assessment, weeks 2-7 you meet weekly with a trainer and receive a new routine and then week 8 is the final assessment. I was scared out of my mind because the most exercise I have done has been walking 1-2 miles a day. I was determined and I finished! I have a long ways to go but not as far as I did when I started on July 3rd. :drinker:
My Results:
Overall Fitness- Increased 21
In six weeks I lost 9 lbs. Reducing my BMI by 1.95 and my Body Fat Percentage by 0.7%
Total Inches Lost 7.0:
Chest- 1.0
Waist- .75
Hips- 1.75
R. Thigh- .75
R. Calf- .75
R. Arm- .25
L. Thigh- 1.25
L. Calf- .5
L. Arm- 0
Strength:
Partial Curl up- increased by 5 – Previously I completed 20 today 25
Push-Up Test (Modified)- increased by 10 – Previously I completed 0 today 10
Sit-Reach Hip Flex- increased by 12 inches- Previously 1 Inch today 13 Inches
Handgrip Strength- increased 5 Kg
Ross Treadmill Test:
mkm increased 22.9 and Vol. O2 increased 1.9
