Well that about sums up the way I felt when I stepped on my brand new digital scales this morning! I had some really old scales, and I was pretty skeptical about the accuracy, but I didn't realize how bad. Now, I'm discouraged and wished I had never weighed. I even felt thin this morning!!!! I am thinking of not getting on the scales for a while. They will not rule me!!

I got on the scale after working out, and fasting since 9pm last night, and weighed one pound heavier. However, I had to adjust my belt in one more notch.....NUMBERS MEAN NOTHING! Just my opinion of course, but I like to use the mirror and how my clothes fit as the "real" scale.0

I need to replace my very very old scales, and I am afraid I may have scale shock when I do.0
