I'm using a wii remote to type all this so bear with me please
it's been really hard to meet my calorie goal since i started this. my intake should be a little over 1500 but it seems like a lot to me every morning i have 1 packet of oat meal with a iced coffee its about 240 calories depending on the oatmeal flavor that keeps me full till lunch then lunch is between 200-300 calories (normally soup or sandwich) i have 1, 100 calorie snack then by dinner i have like 800 calories i need to eat not including my workout calories for that day
i used to have an eating disorder i was constantly eating its something i struggle with every day and i feel if i eat when im not hungry im on a fast track back to that place but i also know undereating is just as bad now so i guess im just looking for advice or something idk

I personally think you should eat when your hungry and don't worry about the rest. If you eat when your not hungry just to fill some stupid gap in your calorie goals then your defeating the purpose of a diet and you may as well quit now. But there are things you can add to your diet that will add up fast if your concerned about meeting that calorie goal...Nuts is one way. Peanut butter is another. Actually any nut butter. Beans and things are good for you and IMO high in calories. 200 calories for a cup of refried beans. Eat some nuts with your lunch, almonds are heart healthy.0
