Am I hurting myself? Been feelin' puny and very weak, like my legs are going to fall off.... 7 days/wk on the bike.... Maybe it is time to put part of my bike hour into flexibility and strength training. Ate the bulk of my calories for early and mid morning in hopes I can get the strength to go to my gym today. I have over 50 pounds to lose. Any encouraging tips?
