My lower back has an inward curvature to it that I’m trying to straighten out though exercise. I realize some is natural, however when I relax my core it tends to want to be more pronounced which emphasizes the appearance of belly fat (I’m working on losing that) If I flex my core to straighten out my spine this goes away. I don’t have any back problems now it’s more a stance and appearance issue for me. Is this simply more core work (transverse abdominis)? Any recommendations or thoughts?
Incase the question comes up, I'm not that heavy. 5'10" 176lbs. I carry all my fat in chest/belly

if you want to strengthen lower back/improve posture, you need to be doing good mornings and deadlifts. Both require spot-on form to prevent injury. So research.0
