New to the site, not the app, or dieting.

Hello everyone, My name is Jess and I'm 25 and I've been dieting off and on for the last 14-15 years.
I've been using the my fitness pal app off and on for a little over a year, but I didn't really get serious about losing weight and getting healthier until last April. So far, I've lost thirty pounds. I lost the first twenty pretty quickly and then kind of plateaued until midway through July and then I lost another nine pounds. I'm really serious about getting healthy and getting into shape (no more flabby tummy for me).
Sometimes, I have a hard time getting motivated. I've been trying to do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred this week and it's been killing me to stay motivated through the whole thing. But I've decided not to give up. I'm determined to have toned arms and a toned stomach (My stomach is the part of my body I feel the worst about). I already have fairly toned legs from when I ran track as a preteen/teen and because my main form of fitness has always been jogging, walking, and cycling.
I'm not really sure what else to say. I've never been good at introductory things on websites.
