Moving in the right direction

I know that numbers don't lie but I can't see any weight loss when I look in the mirror. Yet, yesterday I put on dress pants for the first time in months and also saw a couple of folks I hadn't seen for a few months. They all complimented me on losing weight. That praise, combined with my pants constantly slipping down all day got me attention. I may not see it, but its really happening. So, today I went shopping for new pants... I went down from a size 22-24 to an 18. Not what I used to wear (size 6) but certainly heading in the right direction! I think that I may need to recalibrate my 'head' so that I can see myself more clearly.

That is a pretty big drop in pant size! Keep it up!! I've lost about 30 pounds, and while i didn't really take before pictures, i can't really notice a difference when I look in the mirror either- but everyone else around me comments all the time- which definitely feels good. I think a recalibration is definitely in order0
