have you tried protein shakes? gold standard whey protein is awesome and its 130 calories (24g protein) in each scoop. I blend it with almond milk and fruit (sometimes). you can get it on amazon.com.0 -
protein shakes, tilapia fish is loaded with proetin, as well.0

I saw a chart recently about the best caloric bang for your buck in protein (lowest calories per ounce I think it was) - I belive the top two choices were boneless skinless chicken breast and salmon. I am also a big fan of egg whites for breakfast. Even if you have to "spend" a little more in the way of calories for a larger portion of protein - I find it keeps me fuller longer and I am less drawn to sweets.
I make egg whites in the microwave for breakfast - 6 tablespoons = 50 calories and 10 grams of protein.
4 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast is only about 100 calories and about 17 grams of protein.
Greek yogurt is also a good deal for about 150 calories you can get about 15 grams (and calcium).0 -

Fish, meat, eggs, and whey protein powder have loads of protein per calorie. If you're not lactose intolerant, milk and cheese aren't bad either.0
