Period Cramps Worse In The Morning?

So, for me at least, it's true that exercise and lots of water makes pms and the cramps seem to disappear during the day. Almost non-existant. (Thank Goodness)

I can make it through a whole day just fine as long as I do some treadmill walking and hydrate hydrate hydrate!

The problem is that I wake up in the next morning with medium to bad cramps. They last pretty much until I hit the 20 minute mark on the treadmill, then I seem to do alright the rest of the day.

Now, either I need to take up sleep walking during the night for that time of the month, or I need to ask you lovely people for suggestions and ideas. =)

Since I'm not keen on sleep walking......


Does any one else go through this during that time of the month?

What helps when you have the initial first morning cramps and icky feelings?

Would downing a bottle of water first thing help at all? Or am I destined to take advil as soon as I wake up for the duration?
