Hey i'm new!

Hey guys. I'm new to this site. Finally accepted that I need to lose weight, and need to stop making excuses!
Looking at everyone in the success stories is really inspiring.

What I am prone to doing is trying to do too much too quickly, setting unrealistic goals and then giving up completely.
I'm planning to lose 1lb a week, which isn't too much and i'll hopefully be able to stick to the changes in my diet.

I know I am going to need help in keeping my motivation up at various points along the way but it seems like this site is just what I need, hopefully I'll be able to find some people to help me keep on the straight and narrow.
