I started my diet in Jan of 2011. I had no trouble taking off the weight in the beginning but it is a REAL struggle now. Since last Aug. I have only lost 20 pounds. Would love some new friends to help with the motovation. I love the friends I have now but every bit helps. Been at a standstill for over 2 weeks now. Starting to really get frustarated again!

    First off, I'm proud of you! 81 pounds that's a huge accomplishment. Secondly, do you know the definition. Of insane? Because I think you're insane. Maybe try changing up your workout routine because I think your body has adapted to what you are putting it threw. Or amp it up more. I'd also try staggering your calorie count twice a week to keep your metabolism going and body guessing. This has worked for me, but I can't say it will work for you. What works for one person doesn't always work for another. Best of luck.
