What do you eat when everything sounds foul?

I've got some seriously awful stuff happening right now. I know that it will get better, but now it sucks.
For the past few days I've probably only had between 0 - 500 calories a day, which is obviously bad. I thought about just eating a pint of ice cream or some nutella on toast just to get my calories up (haven't been to the store in awhile), but my stomach (and everything else) is so stressed that even those things (that I would love to eat the hell out of under normal circumstances) sound terrible.
Ugh. What would MFP do?

Thanks for the reply. Is that like a meal replacement thing?0

yep. people who are having a hard time eating in hospitals, elderly, surgery recoveries etc drink it. Grocery stores carry it.0

Hmm...maybe saltine crackers to start...see if that helps at all, then chicken soup. I think I'd treat myself as if I had the flu, only eating a little at a time, and then hopefully my body will respond to the food and I'll be hungry again.0

soup and maybe dry toast0

When I have a hard time eating I stick to drinks like protein shakes, instant breakfast, etc. I also eat yogurt or anything that is easy to force down and you don't have to chew.0

When I'm stressed and can't eat, I manage protein drinks, cream of wheat, and toast. That's all.0
