I have a luncheon to go to Friday and here's the menu. What should I choose- help!

    You should probably tell us what your lunch calorie goal is.

    If you are aiming for 400-500 it is going to be a different choice then if you are aiming for 800-900

    Apply your cheat day and enjoy. Or I would suggest you pick from the following...Remember, you can indulge and just have a bite of something but these options looked healthy...and likely to fit into your calorie budget

    ^^^ I always plan my calories around events. You don't even need for it to be your cheat day. I goe 100 cals under the day before and plan to go under 100 or so cals the next day. My main meal is the event, and I eat healthy my other two meals. I also go out of my way to drink more water before and after
