Summer Progress (-25 lbs, m)

School's starting up again, but I think this has been a successful fitness summer. Now I need to adjust to a new routine, just looking at how I've done so far to keep myself motivated. 29 y/o male. 265 -> 240, 3mo. Maybe even more importantly, I dropped my BP from 155/91 to 140/77 in that time period, without medication.
