My muscles don't hurt it actually feels like my bones are aching. I eat around 1200 cals a day sometimes a little more and about 2000 on a Sunday which is usually rest day. I work out about .5 or 6,times a week. Don't feel tired just ached bones. Only went training twice last week cause it was so bad. Anyone else had this?

I've had this in my legs when I don't get enough sleep (less than 5 hours). Also, when I went on a sudden low calorie 3 week cleanse, the first few days I ached.
Never worried about it, it always passed.0 -
I wish I knew the answer but am bumping in case someone else does. My bones have ached like this for years. Particularly when I do a lot of activity. I have no idea why but I just take an advil/tylenol when it happens and it goes away quickly.0
