What is your favorite VH album?

Personally I have always been partial to Fair Warning, since it is probably the darkest.

Gotta go with that as well, followed by Van Halen II.

Always liked II, but I felt they screwed it up with the poor opener of You're No Good.

Going to go with 1984 with Van Halen II a very close second. I was 8 when 1984 came out and was really my first introduction.

That's a tough one because I like so many song from so many of their albums. I guess I'd say 5150 (because my dad had me listen to it all the time growing up) followed by Diver Down (because I love Big Bad Bill, lol)

Definitely VH I' and 'VH II', and sure, '1984' for middle school nostalgia's sake... and Diamond Dave is the only singer they ever had as far as I'm concerned...

    Lalalalalalalalaaaa! *hands over ears*

I agree. I can't for the life of me figure out why Tattoo was put out as the first single. It's decent musically but the lyrics just get on my nerves. Every other track on there is solid quality Van Halen. It fits right in with the original Dave era stuff. Thanks to the power of the ipod it's easy to listen to the whole album without Tattoo.

Hmmmm, this is tough. I think my favorite Van Halen albums changes every year or so. Right now, it's probably 1984. However, I've been listening to Women and Children First lately.

As far as DKOT, I love it!!!! I haven't played it as much lately because I've worn it out since February! My favorite song is She's the Woman (Classic VH sound) but I also really like Beat's Workin and BIg River. Also Stay Frosty kicks major *kitten*!!! I've seen VH twice on their current tour (Louisville and Nashville) and have really enjoyed both shows.

What about apparel? What kind of VH gear do you own? I have a VH beanie hat (in my pic) the EVH Frankenstrat shoes (Chuck Taylor type) and the shoes that NIke put out that had EVH's design on them. I also have 3 VH t-shirts, but I really want the Frankstrat designed shirt that is all red.

Im too old to wear the kicks, but I bought them for my 12yr old guitar playing son.

Also, to me, Stay Frosty is hands down the best song on ADKT
