Hi, everyone! My name is Jennifer and this is my first week on MFP. This has really been helpful to me these first five days. It's easy to use and keeps me on track. I'm so thankful to my friend Tanya for telling me about it.

This isn't the first time I've attempted a huge weight loss. I've had success before, but I never stuck with the programs and, of course, the weight came back on. I'm happy to find a place to call home for the long run. So far, I only have one question. Most of the time, my daily calorie limit is just fine. How do members of MFP plan for and accommodate special occasions?
