A glass or two of red wine a day is actually good for the heart :)

They can pry the wine from my cold dead fingers!! :drinker:

But on a serious note, just cut back a little bit and as long as it fits into your macros for the day then go for it!

I have lost 26 pounds drinking a glass or so of red wine a few times per week. Moderation is the key!

Wine is full of calories - just like everything. As long as you account for the wine theres nothing wrong with it.

I personally used to 'need' the wine at the end of the day to relax but found it hard to stay within my calorie limit. I needed to decide what to give up and the wine lost. I find it heaps easier to stay within my limit now that I have replaced wine with water - and I think it has helped with my running

Different wines have different calorie counts. Personally, I just bought smaller wine glasses. Before the bottle filled 3 glasses, now its six. Seeing the full glass and drinking it gives me a sense of relaxation...not the size of the full glass.

Hell, I still have margarita binge fests once in a while. I've lost 107 lbs...so I think the wine can stay.

That small amount, you just have to track it

a glass of wine can be burned off in half an hour easy. If you want it and don't have the cals then exercise a little. walk to the wine store.
