Rotel Tomatoes

I just made Spicy Eggs and Rotel Tomatoes and they were really, really good! This was my first time using Rotel.

Anyone else use Rotel tomatoes? If so, what do you do with them?

I use Rotel a lot. I like to add it to white hominy, corn, potatoes and it is good with different rices. Tonight I am cooking brown rice with rotel and worchestershire sauce.

You can use them in anything that you would use tomatoes that you would like spiced up. I put them in tortilla soup, stuffed bell peppers, meat loaf, etc.

velveeta cheese, ground turkey and rotel on top of tostitos scoops

I love it but high in sodium so rarely do use it anymore. I made a meatloaf with it this week and so good.

I use them in my taco stew, and the kind with lime and cilantro is great to pour over fish, then bake as usual.

i love rotel! i use it in Velveeta cheese dip and tortilla soup! yummmm

I pour it over chicken breast and bake in the oven. Add a little cheese and vegetables and you have a decent meal.
