Hello I'm a newbie to the program. I'm having some serious self-esteem issues. It seems when take two steps forward I fall three steps behind with comments I hear. Just when I think I'm doing ok, I'll hear a comment that gives me a set back, then I'm nolonger motivated to continue and stay on the program. I need positive supporters!!!!

I know exactly what you mean! My best friend weighs 106 pounds. She has a 1 year old baby and was able to drop all of her pregnancy weight with no trouble at all. Lately, I have been lacking motivation and energy to do much of anything. But we the help of people on this site, I have a little hope that this is just a bump in the road and things will get better. You can add me and message me anytime you would like. :)

I know what you mean it is a constant struggle, for me I still see myself big at times, but my family and friends keep me focus. At times I feel the same way you do, but when I have seen that I have come along way. It keeps me going I use to weigh 350lbs I am at 173lbs so if I can do it girl,so can you :) Keep it pushing :)
