Need more protein...help appreciated

Well, I started P90X yesterday and the fat shredder food plan has you eat 50/30/20 macros for Protein/Carbs/Fat. I can't get close to the protein. I have an open diary, please take a look and see if you can help me. I am so full right now and have 473 calories left to get to my recommended (and after that I earned 741 more doing P90X Plyometrics). Only 3 hours til bedtime, not sure if I will even make my minimums...help!

    My suggestions (not all for today)
    - Switch out your grains and use Quinoa instead of others. It is higher protein.
    - Cut down on processed meats (lunch meat) and go to the real thing. Cook up a crockpot of chicken breasts every week and eat those. 10 oz of chicken is almost 60 grams of protein and less then 300 calories.
    - Snack bars -- either buy protein bars or the Nature Valley protein that you can get at stores.
    - Nuts are a good fat source. They are a crappy protein source. If you have the calories to blow then eat them, if not maybe not the best choice.
    - Fall back on more protein shakes. I do this a lot if I am a few grams away. Don't sweat the calories. It evens out so if you are low today you can go a bit over tomorrow. Starvation mode will not happen so do not worry about that.

    I wouldn't sweat not getting any of your goals one or two days a week. They are good to aim for but don't make yourself sick stuffing in food when you are full.
