Hi,

36yr old woman needing to shed 100lbs or more....................What should my calorie intake look like?? Any tips or advice out there??

    Put in your figures and let MFP do it for you. With that much to lose you might want to start at 2 pounds a week. When you are closer to your goal, drop to 1.
