DANCE OFF THE INCHES FAT BURNING JAM DVD

Has anyone workout to this dvd called Dance Off The Inches Fat Burning Jam with Michelle Dozois. I bought it at a used book store and haven't used it yet. If anyone of you used it before what do you think of this workout dvd?

I have seen it at walmart. But yeah once I give it a try I will let you know. :)
  • I haven't done this particular video, but I do have two of the dance off the inches workouts with jennifer galardi (love her workouts).
And I absolutely love doing them, they are alot of fun to learn the new moves, and when I am done I am drenched in sweat. And you definitely feel it when you are done!! Hope you like it.

Okay I just got done working out to her video the first time. I tried to log it in my exercise data base but I guess no one has done this video before. It's a 30 min work out and I am trying to find online how many calories I burn. I can't find anything. The only thing that I found is 571 calories per hour. Well it wasn't an hour it was only a 30 min work out. I am not smart when it comes to math so I am trying to figure this out lol.

Calorie burn is usually estimated based on your height, weight, age, average heart rate, and duration for an exercise. Not knowing any of those things other than the duration, it's tough to estimate.

But for most people, something in the 600 calorie range per hour is pretty reasonable as long as you were working really hard during that time. Since you worked out for a half hour, and assuming you were working out really hard for the entire half hour, I'd go with something like 300 calories. Maybe 200 if you weren't sweating and breathing hard the whole time.

Okay thank you. That's what I was thinking as well.
  • I've used it, in fact, I'm thinking about trying the program again. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but I do enjoy dancing. However, I like exercises that make me sweat and feel sore. How many calories do you burn while using these videos?
