NEED HELPS!!! I NEED ideas to cook for my husban

Hi all!! My husband work as a field technician so, he always eat on his way from one job to another, his second home is a car for 8hrs a day...He doesnt really like to buy food from outside.. so he is not willing to stop an buy a SALAD or nothing like that. So he keeps telling me just make me a sandwich... BUT I WANT HIM TO EAT HEALTHY and change him from only eating sandwich. But since he is 8hrs on a car, doesnt have were to heat his food, i have to find for really simple stuff to sent him for lunch .... any good ideas????
