Not getting in enough calories?

Does anyone else do a really high impact workout routine daily and have a hard time working in the extra calories? I am set at 1200 calories a day which I can do ok now that I have gotten used to it. The problem is that I do a very high impact boot camp type class 5 days a week and this burns 850 calories each hour session. I am just not hungry enough to add on the extra calories. I dont want my body to go into starvation mode but I just feel so full.

Hormonally you are in trouble.
The hunger hormone Ghrelin, once stunted, makes it so you dont feel like eating.
Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to eat a normal rate.
My suggestion is eat at TDEE for a week or 2 to reset these hormonal responses and youll see huge difference in your weight loss and energy levels.
