My calorie goal before exercise is 1700, but when I exercise, I eat more than that, usually over 2000.0
-
I'm on about 2000 ish. Bit left to go.0

I eat my BMR which is around 1775, but I have an extra 116 added on for my pregnancy (I add 11 each week). I started out at 302 and I'd like to be 180. But my current goal is to not gain any weight while pregnant. Doctor said he wants none and gave me the nudging to keep losing a few pounds.0

My calorie goal isn't quite 1800, at the moment it's about 1700 but often due to exercise the calorie goal ends up above the 1800 mark0

I'm in maintenance and exercise 6 days per week. My daily goal is anywhere from 1800-2300 calories depending on how hard I worked out. I am 5'4" tall and weigh 122 pounds.0

I'm eating 1840 but that's maintenance. When I was losing I was around 1600.0

I eat about 2250, my goal is to gain 8 pounds, then cut.0

I have moved up from 1600 to 1800 for the past week or so. Sometimes I eat a bit extra if I am feeling it. I am more looking to tone up for now. My ticker says I want to lose another 20 pounds, but I would be happy with another 10 or just toning up at this point.0

I eat 1800-2000, net 1300-1500. Have lost 106 lbs so far (50+ before MFP, also had a pregnancy in there so re-gain and re-loss counted in there too) I want to lose another 50-60 lbs.0

I have 80+ left to go. My BMR is 1850. I'm eating at 15% cut of TDEE (TDEE = 2400) so I'm eating at 2040 right now.0

I usually eat 2200-2500 calories, but my daily burn is usually around 3200-3700. Sometimes I have to find stuff to eat just so I don't have too much of a deficit.
My "goal" is 1310.0 -
I usually eat 1700-1800 calories a day by virtue of exercise. Otherwise, I'm targeting 1250, which just isn't enough.0

*bump* Nosey, too.0

I eat 1800 on most days and 2200 on hard workout days.0

 Hiya!
I have 2000 cals each day.0 -
I eat 1800. my goal is to be a gorgeous badass.0

How's that working out for you? I'm also about where you are and am terrified of upping my intake.0 -
*Waves* I eat 2500 a day and my goal is to lose the last few lbs (approx 5lbs) to get some more muscle definition before I bulk again in October.
This includes lifting at the gym around 5 x a week and an active job.0 -
I'm on maintenance, though I have my goal set to lose a few more lbs, I'm not in a rush to lose them. I met my initial goal about 2 weeks ago, so I'm good where I am, even if I don't lose any more. My maintenance calories are 1770, but I exercise 6 days a week, still, and usually wind up eating closer to 1900-2200 lately.
ETA: I'm 5'5", weigh 140-ish, depending on the day. I started at 165 and I've been eating over 1600 for a few months, until recently, it was generally falling between 1600-2000 on any given day.0 -
I'm 5'9, 154, maintaining. I try to eat about 2300 calories a day since I workout intensely about 5 days a week.0

I'm right here with Joolie. I usually burn 400-500 cals a day, which puts me around 2100-2200. I have reached my goal of 150 pounds. I'm 5'5" and currently size 6. So I am playing around with the numbers to see where I need to be to maintain. I wouldn't mind getting into the 140s, but not too far. My exercise physiologist recommended no lower than 144, based on my body fat percentage.0 -
I eat 1800. I lift 3x a week, cardio 3x a week. I lost 40lbs on MFP eating 1200 but that was not maintainable in any way and once I learnt more about BMR/TDEE etc, I realised I had been starving myself. I think that creating too big of a deficit backfires in the end.0

two weeks ago I upped my calories from 1734 to 2215 and its seems to have broken the plateau I've been in and I've lost 3lbs over the two weeks an I'm really pleased with that. I've got another 18lbs to lose and then I'm going to try with all my heart to cut :-)0

I'm maintaining my weight and MFP suggests that I eat 1800 calories a day, so when I workout I get more.0
-
1850 on non-workout days, 2050 on workout days. I'm not really focused on weight loss since I don't weigh myself, but this seems to be working as far as total body transformation.0

Net calories for me are currently 1640, but I love to work out and normally eat more than 2000 calories a day (except on my rest day). I am aiming for 0.5 lb a week loss, as I am just a few pounds from hitting goal and concentrating more on fitness and muscle tone.0
-
I eat between 1700-2200 calories, depending on how many calories I burned that day. I net 1550 no matter what. So far, so good. I've lost 5 out of 13 pounds in 2 months and 2.4% BF.0
-
I have 5 -10lbs more to lose so I'm eating about 1500 but when I get to maintenance I plan on bumping it up to about 1800 or so.0
