I bought this product the other day. I was fascinated by the low calories! however they are packed full of carbs so I don't really know how good they are for weight loss?

Basically I am always chasing products that can fill me up but are low in calories, however I don't consume a monster amount of carbs through out the day!

If you have used it before, have any info on it, recipe ideas... please drop me a line! Thanks xx

My understanding is that the carbs being almost entirely insoluble fibre means they can't be digested, so net carbs would be carbs-fibre or at least carbs-insoluble fibre. Be warned though, your body may make a lot of gas while trying to digest the insoluble fibre!
