I dont understand the net calories.. may sound dumb but do i eat exactly how many calories it tells me i need.. like when i exercise and i burn like 400 calories so that drops my net and rises my calories i still need to eat. I thought its burn more then what you take in?

You selected Activity Level, MFP came up with a estimated daily burn value. None of that involved exercise. Not in the descriptions at all. You gave a goal of time and frequency for exercise - but not used in any calcs.
It took a deficit off that value. Burning more than you take in.
When you exercise, you create even more burn, creating a deficit that is now not so wise unless you feel like losing lean body mass.
That's the reason it shows exercise credits and the daily goal goes up.
The original deficit is still in there, whether you don't exercise, or do and eat those calories back.
It's the reward system, get to eat more after you've done more.0
